Interactive Virtual Dance Training
Ages 6-18 • All Classes are Tuition-Free!
Registration for Spring 2021 Opens January 19 • Classes are March 1 – May 19
Next spring, NOBA offers a series of virtual technique classes in ballet and modern that continue the same excellent training in our nationally recognized curriculum. These interactive classes are live-streamed through the Zoom platform with NOBA faculty members Brittney Williams-Reese and Corey Melancon. Through regular, consistent attendance, students will build upon the fundamentals of dance technique with a focus on increasing strength and flexibility, developing coordination and confidence while becoming more familiar with dance vocabulary.
“I love that in the mist of the pandemic NOBA has not missed a beat. Dance gives my child a sense of normalcy during an unpredictable time.” – NOBA PARENT
“My daughter took the online classes and performance just as serious as she took her in person classes. I thought it would be more challenging but she made it work & had fun!” – NOBA PARENT
“I keep moving because it is my safe space. Even though most of us aren’t able to dance in a studio right now, being able to move at home through tough times such as these is something I am very grateful for. Instead of looking at this quarantine as something that has stopped me from improving, I have used this time to expand beyond my comfort zone and learn more about myself as an artist.–NOBA STUDENT
