New! VIRTUAL FAMILY DANCE SERIES 

Ages 3-5 + parents/guardians & family members of all ages!
Mondays – Thursdays • 3:00-3:40pm (CST) on Zoom

The Family Dance Series is NOBA’s newest program, focusing on early childhood ages 3-5. The program is also open to intergenerational family members of all ages! These virtual classes will focus on creating, discovering and having fun with rhythm and movement through an exploration of diverse dance styles and music.


TO REGISTER:
Parents/guardians must complete the
NOBA Youth Virtual Classes Application & Release Form for their child. After completing the form, you will then receive a confirmation e-mail with further instructions from a NOBA representative.



Preparatory Program

Ages 6-18
No prior dance experience necessary.

Pre-Professional Program

Ages 8-18

Audition required & two years prior training recommended.

This tuition-free program provides motivated students ages 8 to 18 with intensive instruction in ballet, pointe, modern, repertoire, and other dance forms, and unprecedented opportunities to study with world-renowned artists through the Master Artist Series. Fall in-person classes will be held weekly between September and November 2020 at NORD partner locations, and virtual class options will also be available. Spring 2021 session schedules will be confirmed at a later date. 


Auditions have passed. Registration is closed for the Fall 2020 session.

In-Person Ballet (Intermediate/Advanced) for ages 14 and up

Challenge and strengthen your technique and artistry through these intermediate/advanced level ballet classes, led by NOBA Master Artist and former Dance Theatre of Harlem principal dancer Donald Williams. Limited spaces are available.

Following the completion of all required NOBA and NORD forms and waivers found in the links below, participants will receive class registration instructions. Pre-registration is required for each class session, which is filled on a first come, first served basis. No walk-up registration is permitted at this time.


REQUIRED ENROLLMENT FORMS
All steps below must be completed by a parent/guardian if the applicant is under the age of 18.

The Open Community Classes are by donation (suggested donation amount: $5.00 per class). Donations may be made via the class registration. All donation proceeds support NOBA's tuition-free dance, fitness and wellness programs.
